The Central Bucks School Board has voted to keep the millage rate for 2016/2017 at 124.10 mils, with a homestead exemption of $199.81. For those who are approved for the homestead exemption-that results in a tax decrease.
Tax bills will are scheduled to be mailed the end of June. If you do not receive your bill by July 8, you should contact my office.
2015 millage rates remain the same for both Plumstead Township and Bucks County.
Tax bills can be expected in your mailboxes by March 2, 2015.
The millage rate in Plumstead Township will increase slightly from 13.25 to 13.94 mils.
Millage rates for the County of Bucks however remain the same at 23.20 mils.
For those who have been approved for the Homestead Exemption. The amount approved for exemption is $189.70. You will see that deducted from your School tax bill.
2013 County/Township real estate taxes are due in discount April 30, 2013.
